The new Splasher hydraulic vacuum cleaner includes a floating arm and has a deflector wheel that directs the vacuum cleaner, avoiding stairs or other obstacles inside the pool. It works with a diaphragm that moves in ascending, descending and bilateral directions, cleaning in all directions. The balance of the vacuum cleaner is provided by the weight of the hose, and its speed is controlled by adjusting the flow control valve. The membrane is easily replaced if necessary.
