- Shipping rates are displayed on the checkout page and vary according to the type of item;
- Delivery dates may be subject to change in exceptional situations due to internal logistical or operational reasons of the carriers, or during special periods such as Black Friday and Christmas when there is a higher volume of orders;
- In the case of large items, the shipping costs vary according to the weight of the goods, and there are currently no free shipping options for this type of product.
- The shipping and delivery of orders is done on business days, that is, between Monday and Friday, provided that it is not a national or local holiday, in Porto or at the delivery location;
- In situations where there is no stock of an item at this location and an internal transfer is necessary, an additional 2-3 business days will be added to the indicated times;
- At the moment the shipment is made, you will receive a notification email with the tracking number so that you can follow all the stages of the shipment until delivery, through the carriers' platform that we use;
- If for some reason you are unable to be present to receive your order, depending on the carrier and the dimensions of the item, one of the following actions may occur:
- New delivery attempt (usually the next day).
- Notification left in the mailbox to pick up at a collection point.
- Return process initiated to the store.
