- If upon opening the package any damage to the product is found, it is mandatory to inform Lojadabe.com by fax or email within 24 hours after receiving the merchandise. Everything used in the packaging must be kept for later inspection by the carrier and/or supplier.
- If the packaging is in very poor condition, the delivery must be refused

Warranty
As established by Decree-Law No. 84/2021, the minimum warranty for durable movable goods is 3 years. However, there are differences in the burden of proof during this period.
First Two Years of Warranty
In the first two years, it is presumed that any defect that appears already existed at the time of delivery.
During this period: Burden of Proof: It is up to the seller or supplier to prove that the defect was caused by misuse, negligence, accident, third-party intervention, or other circumstances that exclude warranty coverage.
Third Year of Warranty
In the third year, the presumption that the defect existed at the time of delivery no longer applies automatically. During this period: Burden of Proof: The consumer must prove that the defect already existed at the time of delivery. This means that if a defect appears in the third year, it is up to the consumer to provide sufficient evidence to support this claim.
The Warranty covers only manufacturing defects
The warranty does not cover equipment with the following issues: Operation with sand or other solids in pumps intended for clean water. Burnt winding due to lack of proper thermal protection. Burnt winding due to phase loss in three-phase motors. Burnt winding due to phase swapping in three-phase motors. Burnt winding caused by obstruction from indestructible solids in contact with water in drainage and wastewater pumps (fibers, waste, plastics, etc.). Continuous operation without water. Moisture in the electrical part. Voltage spikes. Electrical discharges. Lack of maintenance. Cut or damaged power and float switch cables. External problems that compromise equipment operation. Interventions/repairs not performed by authorized technical service. Defective equipment installation. Use of equipment for unintended purposes. Corrosion or oxidation due to chemical reactions with inappropriate substances. Wear parts.
Wear Parts
Wear parts are considered those parts that may wear out over time due to constant use and are therefore not covered by the warranty. These parts are designed to be replaced periodically to ensure the proper functioning and lifespan of the equipment. Examples include bearings, turbines, seals, condensers, wheels, belts, gears, etc.
