Exchanges and Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, please remember that you can return your order up to 15 days after receiving it.

You must first send an email to pool@lojadabe.com notifying the return of the product, always indicating the order or invoice number and which products you wish to return.

In this initial contact, you should also specify whether you want a replacement product or a refund. Then, wait for contact from Lojadabe.com before proceeding with the return. Only after being contacted should you send the return.

We do not accept returns that have not followed the above procedure.

Finally, place the product in its original packaging, in perfect condition and without signs of use, and send it to:

Important: Returns of products showing signs of use are not accepted. We only refund shipping costs if the order sent was incorrect or if the product is defective.

In all other cases, we refund the full value of the item, excluding shipping costs or other fees.
