All of our orders have a shipping code (tracking number) so that you can conveniently track the shipping status through the carrier's website. This tracking number is assigned to the order when it is ready for dispatch, and is provided via email.

Once you have the tracking number, simply access the carrier's page (CTT or Logic) and search and monitor the shipping progress of your order.

Please note that sometimes the information on the carrier's website may take a few hours to update.

If you wish to make any changes or cancel your order, you must contact us using the contact form, clicking here . Please note, however, that we are unable to guarantee that your order will be fulfilled, as it will always require manual verification and in a way that does not compromise our logistics.

If the order has already started the shipping process, it is no longer possible to make changes or even cancel it. 

If the desired change is no longer possible, you can refuse delivery of the order or, alternatively, accept it and, without opening the packaging of the items, go to a store to make the exchange or return.
