All of our orders have a shipping code (tracking number) so that you can conveniently track the shipping status through the carrier's website. This tracking number is assigned to the order when it is ready for dispatch, and is provided via email.

Having the tracking number, simply access the carrier's page and search to track the progress of your order's shipment.

Please note that sometimes the information on the carrier's website may take a few hours to update.

If you wish to make any changes or cancel your order, you should contact us through the contact form by clicking here. However, we would like to inform you that we cannot guarantee that your request will be fulfilled, as it will always require manual verification in order not to compromise our logistics.

If the order has already started the shipping process, it is no longer possible to make changes or even cancel it. 

If the desired change is no longer possible, you can refuse delivery of the order or, alternatively, accept it and, without opening the packaging of the items, go to a store to make the exchange or return.
