Equipment Reception

To ensure responsibility for potential damages occurring during product transportation and based on the instructions of the shipping companies, we inform the following procedures to follow upon reception:

- Visually inspect the exterior of the packaging;

- If it is not possible to verify the contents of the package at the time of reception, the delivery document from the carrier must state “subject to inspection”;

- If any anomaly is detected, mention this information on the carrier’s delivery receipt (e.g., Box dented / torn / wet, etc.);

- If any damage to the product is found upon opening the package, it is mandatory to inform Lojadabe.com by fax or email within 24 hours after receiving the goods. All packaging materials used must be kept for further investigation by the carrier and/or supplier.

- If the packaging is in very poor condition, the delivery should be refused.

If this procedure is not followed, Lojadabe.com reserves the right to decline any responsibility for the incident.

We also inform you that any claim made in this context that does not include the record of anomalies or damages on the carrier’s delivery receipt will not be considered by us.
